What is an Office Business Center?
For one monthly fee (and no capital investment), individuals, professionals, small entrepreneurs, corporate and Fortune 500 companies are able to enjoy a professional corporate environment, appreciated by their employees and clients alike. Flexible terms are another attribute of the shared office environment, not only can you obtain immediate occupancy, you are able to expand or downsize your business on short notice, giving the flexibility not available in the conventional office market. There are several large networks, such as the Executive Suite Network, that in addition to providing placement assistance for individual centers, also provide single point of contact, allowing the company to negotiate a master agreement to serve their multi-location/multi-center requirements.
An Office Business Center is the term adopted by a majority of the membership of the Office Business Center Association International in response to the growing encroachment by the hotel industry upon the Executive Suite industry, and with the desire to differentiate the two completely different products.
Since the Executive Suites have been used as the designated term for many years (from the beginning), many users still prefer, as do many center owners to retain and use Executive Suite.
The "executive suites" description can be used to further explore the products and services offered by an Office Business Center, since the two terms are used more often than not interchangeably.
